STEP 10 – SOAK THE TENSION AWAY

A great way to soothe and melt away tension is to relax in a hot bath, and it can help rid your body of toxins and calm and soothe your mind as well. Adding Essential Oils to your bath is just another amazing way to give yourself an additional support during times of tension and stress. It’s also a great way to indulge in some self-pampering by giving yourself a mini-spa experience.

Set aside just 20 minutes for yourself and give these Salt Soak Recipes a try!
 
BASIC SALT SOAK INGREDIENTS

• 1 c. Epsom or Pink Himalayan Salt
• 1/2 c. Baking Soda

• 3 tbsp. Fractionated Coconut Oil

Add the above ingredients while drawing your bath, swirl with your hand to make sure all are incorporated well.

Try adding these combinations to the above ingredients to help melt the tension away.

LET IT MELT AWAY SALT SOAK RECIPE

• 2 drops TENSION BLEND

• 2 drops GROUNDING BLEND
• 1 drop Comforting Blend

FREE AS A BIRD SALT SOAK RECIPE

• 3 drops TENSION BLEND

• 2 drops Cedarwood Essential Oil

• 1 drop Vetiver Essential Oil

Soak a minimum of 20 minutes to enjoy the soothing benefits of these Salt Soak Recipes. Rinse off and pat dry. It is very important to drink plenty of water both before and after your Mini Spa Salt Soak.
