Sometimes, you just need a quick boost or a moment to re-center yourself. We’ve talked about diffusing to help lessen the tension around you, but what if you don’t have your trusty diffuser with you?

You can always use the cup and inhale method. Put 1-2 drops into your palm, rub them together then cup loosely over your nose and softly inhale.

Another way to enjoy MASSAGE BLEND without a diffuser is to apply 1-2 drops onto a facial tissue or cotton ball and place it nearby.

Adding a Citrus Oil to your impromptu diffusing session can also give you a mood boost and help you work forward through your day without letting the tension drag you down.
