Many people do not realize that we store tension. While you might not show a visible reaction to the tension around you, your body will take those tense feelings and focus on a specific area to place them. Some examples of this might be, tightness or discomfort in your neck, shoulders, head, clenching your jaw or even grinding your teeth. Some might pass it off as a soreness from an active day at work but it’s the tension of your day affecting you physically. TENSION BLEND can help you drop the tension baggage.
